Textile Salon & СPM (to go or not to go?) 27.02.2025

Last week, two exhibitions were held at the Crocus Expo IEC: the 15th International Exhibition of Fabrics and Accessories for the production of Textile Salon and the largest international fashion industry exhibition in Russia, CPM — Collection Premiere Moscow.
Every time, by the time these exhibitions start, we doubt whether to attend such events or not. It seems that we have been on the market for many years, we have been CPM participants for more than 10 years in a row, we have a well-established base of trusted suppliers and customers, we have learned how to work online, we can effectively interact remotely, and yet we understand every time that face-to-face meetings, live communication and tactile acquaintance with new materials cannot be replaced.
Visiting exhibitions has become a habit, a tradition, and even a kind of encouragement for our employees: the opportunity to change the environment, visit places where fashion specialists interested in high-quality materials for clothing production, as well as leading manufacturers of fabrics and accessories, gather in one place. That's why we buy tickets again, travel as a team, divide into interest groups and immerse ourselves in a comfortable professional environment where you can see, touch and test materials, chat with partners and make new business acquaintances.
What is important for a seamstress? Feel the texture of fabrics, study the properties of high—tech materials, learn about trends, meet personally with manufacturers, discuss prospects and details of cooperation, and sometimes just sit over a cup of coffee with the customer, discussing the details of future collections. There are no casual visitors here — everything is organized at a high level, with attention to detail and comfort for the participants.
Once again, we left the exhibition with new ideas, inspiration, and the understanding that face—to-face meetings and the professional community are an essential part of the industry. See you at the exhibitions!
